Late Arrival

Because life happens, a 30 minutes grace period is offered. Please, notify us if you will be late.

Clients arriving after the grace period will forfeit their deposit even if time allows to complete the service booked.

If time doesn't allow, then the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit lost.
